aren't we all "on a diet"?
some of us on one meal a day. some on low-carb. some on keto. the list goes on… and some (read most) of us are on a eat-whatever-you-want diet. a go-with-the-flow diet.
being intentional, deliberate and purposeful versus being unplanned and carefree.
if we sat in a car and started driving with no destination in mind, the odds of us arriving at a nice place are very slim and we’re more likely to end up somewhere we don’t like.
that being said, i think sometimes, it is nice (even necessary) to sit back, relax and just… go with the flow. to let intuition and spontaneity take the wheel.
