i think it really is that simple.

solve a problem. make something easier. teach someone what you know. create something useful. make people feel seen. save them time. help them make more money, feel better, or live better.

we often overcomplicate it. look for shortcuts, hacks and ways to get ahead. but the most reliable way to get ahead is to make other people better off.
